Appetizers:

1. Mesclun Salad with Corncakes: filled with goat cheese, roasted peppers & chives. Topped with fried leeks raspberry vinaigrette.

2. Caesar Salad: Romaine tossed with calamata olives, sundried tomatoes, toasted pignoli nuts and parmesan croutons.. Great dressing too!

3. Melon & Prosciutto: served over a bed of arugula with lemon oil, shaved Parmesan and breadsticks.

4. Seared Sea Scallops: garlic saffron cream sauce served with sautéed spinach and tomato concasse.

5. Penne Pasta: with shallot tarragon cream sauce, shitake mushrooms with or without shrimp.

6. Polenta: served with wild mushroom ragout.

7. Hot or Cold Soups: Featuring cold corn soup with truffle oil.

8. Grilled Portobello Mushrooms: served over arugula with roasted peppers.

9. Smoked Salmon: with chopped egg, capers, onions, lemon and horseradish cream sauce with toasted brioche points.

OR just about anything else that you want!

Mains:

· Rack of Lamb: rosemary mustard bread coating. Served with saffron orzo with dried cherries, scallions and almonds, & grilled asparagus or mashed potatoes, and haricot vertes with roasted peppers and hazelnuts.

· Veal Milanese: Frenched and butterflied, served with tri-color salad atop.

· Individual Beef Wellingtons: duxelle of mushrooms, wrapped in puff pastry.

Served with carrots with dried cranberries, pignoli nuts and basil & grilled asparagus.

Other Entrées:

· Grilled Chicken Pailard

with red onion confit.

Pre Dessert:

· Spinach Salad with plums, roasted beats, goat cheese & walnuts.

Desserts:

· Poached Pears: with raspberry coulis and caramel sauce

· Mixed Berries: with crème anglaise

· Chocolate Truffle Cake: with mixed berries

· Mousse: in a chocolate tulip shell with berries
